Instrument Manifolds

Instrument Manifolds are a process connection system that isolate, vent, and equalize a variety of differential pressures including, static, gauge, and variable measurement applications.  Manifolds are typically used with other measurement instrumentation including pressure transmitters, gauges, or any other pressure sensing device.
2-, 3- and 5-valve body configurations allow for controlled venting to ensure safe and reliable measurement integrity.
Emerson’s Rosemount R305 and R306 manifolds feature an exclusive Pressure-Lock™ Valve technology for trusted reliability. Its two-piece stem is engineered with a non-rotating tip for minimal wear and reduces potential leak paths. Safety back-seating protects against valve blow out to mitigate leaks and protect the transmitter.
Bonnet threads are Isolated from the process fluid mitigating corrosion for increased reliability and extended manifold life. And with increased valve bore sizes, ports resist internal plugging.
